Who We Are

Five years ago, we started as the FIT Rave Fam. Our mission was to help festival goers build strength, confidence, and community so they could walk through the festival gates transformed.

Over the years, we realized our members wanted more than to "look good in an outfit". They wanted to Build a career, support their families, and chase new physical endeavors.

As a result, we transformed. Today, we help active professionals add 20-40lbs to their workouts, move pain free, and finally feel confident in their abilities both inside and outside the gym.

We've served over 250+ adults, and created a space for them to network, support, and motivate one another so their habits stick.

FIT Rave Fam was the spark, but Frequency Performance, is the fire.

Question 1: Is this only for people who are already in great shape?

No. This is for active adults and professionals who used to feel strong, athletic, or consistent, but now feel stuck, weaker, stiff, or held back by nagging pain. We meet you where you are and build you back up from there.

Question 2: What if I have old injuries or pain when I lift?

That’s exactly why we start with movement first. Our process helps you rebuild strength around your current limitations, improve how you move, and reintroduce lifts like squats, deadlifts, and presses in a way that feels safe and progressive.

Question 3: Do I have to follow a strict diet or give up my social life?

No. We help you create structure around your nutrition without making your life miserable. The goal is to get results while still being able to travel, go out, enjoy food, and build your career

Question 4: How is this different from random workouts, classes, or online programs?

Random workouts keep you busy. We help you make measurable progress. Instead of guessing what to train, avoiding movements that hurt, or jumping from one program to the next, you’ll follow a structured strength plan built around your body, your goals, and your current limitations. We track your lifts, adjust your program based on feedback, coach your form, and help you rebuild the strength and confidence to train hard again — without feeling like you’re constantly starting over.
